Hi Lana, what platform are you playing on, and do you by any chance have almost all the TB prizes? I don't know if FB is getting the event, and I know in the past if you have over a certain percentage of TB items, people haven't gotten the event. Do either of these things pertain to you?
1) Android. This is the first time my game has 'missed' an event.
2) Absolutely not, I'm really short on TB items, so that's definitely not the reason.

    Can all of you please send me your platform & ID in a private message, as well as a screenshot of your game so I can help?

    To get your ID:

    1.) Open the Options Menu by tapping the small square icon on the top-left of the main game screen.
    2.) Tap the 'help' button to open the Help Page
    3.) The Hollywood ID is listed in the middle of the Help Page (e.g. "357601065544564")

    Did you follow the instructions to update the game, and if you still don't have it, why not pm Kalinda as she offered to look into it for people? Sorry this is happening.
