In app purchases restricted?

Hi, long time lurker, first time posting. I have noticed since the latest update, if I try to purchase stars, it takes me directly to the offers page. There is a message telling me that in game purchases are restricted, and that I should check my device settings, or check my Wi-Fi connection. I'm playing on a kindle fire hd 6, and I'm the only one that uses it. This hasn't happened to me before, so I really don't know what to do. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi. I'm sorry this is happening. Are you ios or Android? There is this link in FAQs for Android, then there is this for iOS games.

If neither of those pages help, you can look more in the FAQs. If still no success, I would submit a ticket to customer care, include your id number and see if they can help. Good luck, welcome, and let us know how your make out.
