Good morning I notice for the last few days that when my daily gift box appears I no longer can watch a video to open another box it automatically ask me for 10 k stars to open another box. Please change it back to watching a video before it ask for the k stars. Thanks I forgot to take a snap shot but will do tomorrrow and add to this post.

    That happens to me from time to time, it all depends on whether there are available videos. There's no need to take a screenshot. But if you want to ask customer care about it, you can send and ingame ticket and describe it just as you have here. Hope you get a 2nd box today. Nice to meet you Chantee. :)
