VIP issue

I have the gold VIP subscription and it was renewed today but when I go into the game, it shows that I'm not VIP and gives me the option to become one. I play on android and when I go to the subscription page in google play store, it shows that I still have the subscription and that it'll be renewed next month. I also got an email saying it was renewed.What do I do? I restarted my tablet too and nothing.

    Hang on i'll see if I can find the best way to help you. 2nd choice will be to contact customer csre, but we're not there yet.

    Thank you. I was going to contact customer care but chose to go to the forums first to see if anyone has had this happen and knows what to do.

    Hey,
    Please play the game for a few more minutes and see if it goes back to normal. If not, send me a private message with your ID so we can try to help.

    To get your ID:
    1.) Open the Options Menu by tapping the small square icon on the top-left of the main game screen.
    2.) Tap the 'help' button to open the Help Page
    3.) The Hollywood ID is listed in the middle of the Help Page (e.g. "357601065544564")

    It went back to normal! I just reentered and it has me as VIP again.
