The funeral should be in town however my parents live 8 hours away. My cousin promised to let me know as soon as arrangements are made so they'll have time to get here. I talked to my mom - she says my dad is hurt which is understandable. I almost expected this though because nobody even called him a week ago to let him know she was admitted to the hospital. I found out through my cousin and had to relay the message. And it's not like they didn't think he cared - my parents came into down and got to see her while she was still feeling ok/awake and THEY KNOW he did. So why they didn't reach out for this I'll never understand.

Think you koko, my new job is very therapeutic i am not just helping others but they're helping me too even if they don't realise that they are.

The treatment was amazing, they're calling 'hair spa', I received lots of different massages in my scalp and the products really help to recover my strands from the bleaching damage.
You guys, sorry I just pop in every so often, I feel like there's so many threads to catch up on, I don't know where to start. I just want to say how much I appreciate you all and say thanks for the support (before John went, then and also now). I've met some truly special people here! I'm beginning to heal... a few months ago, I never thought I'd say that and I know I'll never get over my loss but I think people just begin to accept and live with their 'new normal', if you know what I mean.
I wanted to share with you the song I've had on repeat for the last week. It's actually a joint birthday present for me and my John. My brother in law arranged/produced this cover song and plays guitar (he actually uses a few different guitars on this!), his father is on the piano, my sister's friend sings. (Check out my brother in law's YouTube account - he's awesome! But no spam intended... haha).
The song has so many different and also special meanings for me and my John. We fell in love young and became best friends, we were in each other's lives for 11 years, had a little break but still saw each other all the time and then realised what we always knew- we were meant to be together.. We lived in Spain for a summer or two (he'd been in Tenerife for years and then moved to the Catalan small town where my mum's side of the family is from. We were destined to meet... lol he's originally an Irish scouse Liverpudlian!) and would go to an open air night club (Pacha la Pineda ❤️) - I know the lyrics that relate to that in this song - they melt my heart when I listen to it. The rest just describes how I felt when I was loosing him and then how I also feel now. Me and John mainly enjoyed dance music together but this song expressed how we felt about each other without speaking, especially when he was ill towards the end.
My brother in law Tom knew this and I'm so thankful for this gift, it's truly the nicest thing anyone could ever do for me ❤️

The pain is always there, that song is a beautiful gift Amy. AND Rumpel, I'm so sorry about your brother. The absolute worst for me was trying to share my brother's essence with my son. The fact that he will never know my brother is heartbreakjng. I really have to believe in the afterlife, and think we'll all be together sgsin.
And tears are good. I still tear up and cry every single day for my mother, and she's been gone 20 years and 7 months next Thursday. I'm so sorry you guys are hurting so. My mother used to go E me 'long distance hugs' when she moved to Arkansas. You put your right arm up to your left shoulder, and the left arm up across your chest to your right shoulder, squeeze gently and feel the hug. I still do this, and it does feel better3. Because they love us still and wouldn't want us feeling so lost without them. When you do that self hug thinking of them, it helps. Nothing will ever be the same till we're with them again, but any little grief hacks like a self hug, or a good cry helps. I put on an old sweater of Mom's and that helps when i'm sick, or just really need to feel close. I love you guys,

It worked great, my dolls were showing their changes within a minute. The Game Center effed up our iOS games. We had to add friends through Fb. That worked. Then FB effed us all. If you aren't frozen, your friends are. Oh oh oh, and 1 android doll froze in 2 stages. She froze as she looked in early feb early. A week later she unfroze. Within the hour she froze again...back to her frozen look of 2016, before the facial and closet redo of August. I hated that old face. We all had to adjust our dolls facial feature after the upgrade. But not my frozen doll. Omg talk hideous. ....
