Hi. My game also refuse to finish missions with 5 stars. If I finish gig at 4 or less it's OK. But with 5 it crashes. My platform is Android 4.4.2. And device is Samsung Tab SM-T310.
But honestly I think it's something in game and not with android version. Because I transferred my game on other device via Google account save and it happened there also. But other game(male game) that were on that other device where I transfered my game worked good and gigs a finishing like normal.
My game was working but is now crashing. I updated to v7.1.0 last night and successfully completed five 3-hour reality shows with 5 stars since then. However, I can't complete the current 3-hour reality show I'm doing - the game crashes whenever I try to collect the final star.
They found the issue and we're getting closer to a solution! Hang in there.

Mine doesn't crash...i totally can't open it! I try to open , i see the Glu logo , then the tile Kim Kardashian Hollivood load...and after a few seconds is automatically close...i really would open again but is it not possible
Hi everyone, I'm having the same problems since yesterday when I was doing a shift at So Chic San Diego after the update, when I updated and I tried to finish, it crashed several times and now my game doesn't open anymore, I sent a ticket for support yesterday too, But I'm more calm now that a solution is coming soon, thank you Kalinda

This is the part I love, where all the players come back in and are excited now that our games work again. Phew. That was awful. Lol.

What happens when you go to the Play Store? With my android most times the update doesn't show when I just type in the game name. I go to my account on the left, to the left of the google play address bar, tap that, tap ' my apps and games' and THEN a page opens showing all the avail updates. THat[s where my Androids go to take the updates.
If that doesn't help, please post more details about what you do, and what happens. We'll try and help you figure it out. Good luck, and let me know if that works. If it doesn't work what version are you?
