Why So Basic?

Hey there. This is happening to me recently where a lot of players in my friends list appear with the basic clothes and hair. Is this an issue that will be fixed or do I need to do something to fix this?

See if you are signed into fb. And are you android or iOS.

I'm on iOS and signed in both game centre and Facebook. So sad to see beautiful dolls in these outfits isn't it ?

A week or two back a number of players had this, and tbh, I don'the recall how it was resolved. There might be a conflict between defunct game center and facebook. It could be because those now basic players either haven't connected through FB yet, or perhaps haven'the updated the game. Are the rest of your friends changing? Let's both look around in FAQ for a recent post that might give some help before I suggest a ticket to Customer Care.

Oh so I have to be friends with the dolls on Facebook for it to update I see. Do you know how to log out of my normal fb and then re log into a separate Kkh Facebook profile that I created? I see a lot of dolls have separate ones just for Kkh which I would like to do too. Xx
