For those considering the VIP weekend questline: I completed it and was rewarded 4 K-stars* and ~$1000 Kash. That's 4 more K-stars than last time, IIRC, so yay.
*I met Kat at the basketball game; I don't know if the rewards are diminished if you choose the clubbing option.

Just like I thought it would happen, I tried to chase the dress and ended up getting the hair that I don't like, kash, energy 2x, the earrings, then k-stars, then more k-stars (so these were a wash at least) Then I gave up. I hate chasing things. Screw that dress.
Btw I thought the storyline was cute this weekend, Maria pimping us out for eyeshadow palettes
What I ended up spending all of my k-stars on was finally buying some facial features. It's easier now because of the clutches/holdable things pose, when you put them on your dolls stops moving so much so I can finally freaking see what the face looks like before she stars blinking/smiling/looking around/doing things too much. Much better.
@SugarK, snap, Kate bought the same outfit and got the same dramatic eyes. She also went to her hair salon and got her hair done. Her hairdresser Jayde had been kept busy teaching her several different ways to style her hair. After that she bought herself new eye colours.
I do wish there’s a way to do that eye makeup to different shaped & sized eyes instead of having a standard eye shape. Love the makeup but end up losing a bit of individuality. **?Glu could maybe redesign that for next update. ? **
@KalindaKing Why aren’t the wedding items included in the sale? The Black Friday Banner says that all GC items in closet will be discounted 50%. I understand that the Throwback items aren’t 50% off because that is a stand alone sale already.
I thought I was done shopping and then that temptress Maria goes and offers me a luxe deal I can't refuse. Serving a 70's Farrah Fawcett vibe in my 19 kstar dress.
Uggh I got pretty much 80% of my wish list which was super long maybe more than like 80 items but then I went and play kollections cause I wanted some things and ended up finishing 4 of them they ate all my kstar though ? I went crazy thank god is not bf again till next year
@Savagekkh, I was trying so hard to resist spending more kstars (as my Kate thought 2600 kstars grew on tree). Now I’ve seen how much that white boots rock, I’m gonna have to buy it while its on sale.

Back then I would buy almost everything (even 50% off didn’t make a couple of the clownlike Balmain outfits worth buying). This year I’m asking myself if I really need another pair of black heels even if they are “just” 10gc. Answer? No!
It’s is fun to see neighbors wearing their new clothes. I wish everyone would thaw. The frozen dolls really impacts my enjoyment of the game. Same -- I just picked up a 90 K-star pair of eyes for 25 after the BF + luxe deals stacked! (Er, that reads like I bought eyeballs to throw in a witches' brew... I mean one of the eye shapes + shadow/liner applications, lol.)

Omggg I just came back in time for Black Friday, after my 2-week long bday trip. I spent a bomb in like 5mins, then came here and realized there was an update. Now I gotta buy some of the new items, which means spending more kstars. I'm definitely going to need to replenish

You have to buy the hand held pose so you can carry the items. I learned that the other day cause my pie kept vanishing! I thought someone was eating it til I went thru the poses. Also, you caught my doll trying to do her best Uma Thurman impersonation. That shirt was like the last thing I bought and was like, wow, glad I caught that!
Also, can't wait for Monday aka Why didn't I buy that?!
