Problems loading???

I’m in the middle of an 8 hour date at monstrobull (however you spell it) and my game suddenly won’t load. I ran out of energy and decided to give it a rest and come back now I can’t even get past the home page... anybody experiencing something similar or have a solution?

    I experienced something like this a couple of days ago, I couldn't go past the Loading screen (had a mini heart attack) but what I did was to close my game from the background apps, I turned my phone off and on and then opened my game. It was working perfectly after that! Hope this works for you too!
