Missing Christmas, NY Event, Kollection boxes and Throwback Events

Hello, so I've been experiencing some issues in my KKH game recently.
1. I don't get the 2 past events. Christmas and New Year event. I don't know why I don't get the events. And I don't have undone task. I receive the task for the events but don't get the boxes.
2. I can't open the Kollection boxes. Everytime I try to clik play nothing happened it stay still.
3. I don't get the Throwback Events boxes and Mid-Week Events, like Show Your Style Event anymore for almost 1 year.
Is anyone ever experiencing this issues like mine? What should I do? I've contacted Glu too. Please help me Its really pissed me off that I experiencing this issue. I really loved this game tho
