That was Customer Care in response to Support tickets before it became a known issue. The forum has nothing to do with that, you can send in a ticket, but I believe it was a short window. Glad it’s fixed now.

So I wrote and complained about the poor customer service with regard to this glitch. I was told I would get 10 k-stars (stingy much?!) but it actually wasn’t credited but checked just now as they have credited only 5 stars!!
Hi, I received a message saying that their sorry and gave me 25k stars for this event being broken. Mine was on the day it was launched with a warning that it may happen again!!
I finally got my 25 stars today! if you didn’t get them yet, be persistent, they told me several times my ticket was closed and I had to ask them to open it again because it wasn’t resolved.
