Game won't load

Hi, my game updated last night and now it won't load at all. I get the white screen, it looks like it's loading but then it goes black and throws me back out. I've restarted my iPad twice, deleted things I don't need to see if space was the issue, neither have worked.

Hi, I'm sorry this is happening what platform are you playing on? A number of iOS games are suffering the same issue you've described. Know that glu is working on a fix and it will be released as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

the exact same thing is happening to me, but I’m glad to know glu’s working on a solution. hopefully it gets fixed by tommrow cause i really want to participate in the weekend event 😭

Glu is working on the fix for this, and really appreciate your patience. They're usually too busy working on the fix to issue any projections. Hang in there and I'm so sorry this is happening.

Glu is working on a fix for this, and really appreciate your patience. I’m sorry this is happening. Last time there was a block of players who couldn’t play, my game was glitched too, so at least I was in the same boat. Believe me, when I couldn’t play for a day I was kray kray. I’m sure it will be fixed soon, today would be awesome. Right?

glu rarely gives projections. If they say a time, and the projection isn't met, it's worse. As long as I've been around, they work quietly behind the scenes till it's done with no projections..
From personal experience, PuterHead my hubby is the "guy" at the large company he works for. We've turned the oven off on Thanksgiving last year, so he could go in and restart the system after working at home all night for a patch. That's what PuterGuys & Do. They hammer away at it till it hits. Its not that they don't want to tell us when, the info isn't there. I'm not speaking for glu, I'm just giving you honest background on how it is.

(PuterHead felt so bad about Thanksgiving being so late, he told me to go pick a purse. I got 2 Coach Gathered twist leather accordian wallets. I have my eye on a lilac Regan bag so I won't be disappointed if Easter dinner is late this year.

Does this help? Probably not, but it's the truth.

In the meantime....let's all think good thoughts for a speedy fix and updates for those in need.

I have an Apple iPad 2 and the game was working fine until 2 days ago after recent KIM K game update. Game won't load at all now. I was like... what the heck?! Apparently, other folks here are having the SAME issue. I cleared my cache, hard reset all settings saved, 6GB space available, restarted device and the game STILL does not work. How soon can this be resolved???

I've been playing fine all week then all of a sudden today i went online to play and it wont load past 0.0% . Im on facebook on my computer so i dont understand.. Is this problem going to be fixed soon? it seems like its slowly sweeping across all devices

@kokokokonut thanks for the link! Found out google chrome doesn't support unity so i had to switch to firefox and it loaded! Figured i'd let you know in case anyone else has the same problem

Hi. Some Facebook players are experiencing issues. My suggestion, try changing your browser. I gave a link for instructions to clear cache to another player today. Look for that thread, if you would. Also, even though that player was helped by switching browsers, you might instead have the known FB issue. Glu appreciates your patience and they're doing everything to get everyone up and running again.
