JLC Flash Sale?

I have a banner about a JLC flash sale, but when I click "check it out" nothing happens. What is JLC? Judith Leiber Couture? I think maybe not because the Judith Leiber stuff in my closet is not showing as half off. Any idea?

Began an iOS game and need friends!
