Purchased K stars but did not get them

hey guys.
basically, I bought K stars with my own money and I received NONE of the stars I bought. I’m so angry!! What do I do? I contacted Glu but haven’t heard back 😭 please help

    Ok. Don't worry, can you tell me what platform you play on? When you buy stars, you get a receipt from itunes, or Google. Did you send a copy of the receipt with your ticket?
