Unable to access my VIP membership?

Hi! For some reason I'm unable to access the early released clothes from the Bronze VIP Membership even though it's been only a few days since I bought it and when I check my Suscriptions tab it says that its renewal date is not until July. 
Is there anyone else having this issue? It has happened twice now. Thank you for any help ❤️

    I haven’t bought any, but I can try them all on in the bronze tab. I’m on iOS as well.
    If you are having trouble DO NOT UNINSTALL THE GAME!

    It's been fixed now, Koko, thank you! It's weird because it happened twice in a very short period of time but it might've been just a little glitch 😊
    edit: I'm having the same glitch again so it might be a bug? I don't know
