Fans taken away for good reviews????

For the last several months I have been having this issue where I would recieve a positive review from an event and end up losing fans. It would say things like “Monai was looking good at blah blah event” and proceed to say -7500 fans as a result. Today I completed an event with 5 stars and when the review came back it was a negative response and again I lost fans. I didnt know how to get in touch with any tech support people so I really hope this helps. This makes the game frustrating to play at times.
