Kollections arentt working

Hello when I was on the game I found out that the new Kim kollection limited time came out I went to play it. When I tried to push “play 40 k-stars” It doesnt work. If you can tell me a solution within the next 4 days that will be amazing thanks!

    I would send a ticket to customer care. Youbcan contact support from the top left corner of your game screen,
    ( lll / Help / Glu Support ). Good luck and so sorry you’re having difficulty.
