GB items don’t appear in closet

@LovelyEmma this is the first time I didn’t get a quest. The only issue my game has is that if I purchase a weekend box and picked one of the items there’s 50% chance those items won’t be in my closet. This happened several times! The eyes in New Years, the firecracker during the party event and now with the hair, necklace and dress. All the other weeks I either get nothing or one of the items transfers to my closet. Almost giving up on this game

Hi, I remember you posting this in an earlier event thread, sorry it happened again. I suggest taking screenshots when you win an item till this is resolved. I’ll see what help is available , probably Monday. Again, sorry this is happening.
