if you don’t have your ID number, I believe you’ll have to start over. But if you have receipts for purchases in th4 game, Customer Care can help restore them.

I'm going to have the screen in my phone replaced soon and I'm pretty sure they'll have to reset it.. I'm freaking out because I'm worried I'll lose my progress.. I'm going to back up my phone with smart switch and I'll make sure it's backed up with Google, but if all that fails, can they restore my game as long as I have my Id? @kokokokonut

Your ID let's them go on and see what is wrong, or work on the game but they can'take restore your game. If you have it saved with Smart Switch onto your desktop, and your game is set to save to Google. Between those 2 AND facebook, I truly believe you can breathe a little easier and swap out the device. I know it is high pressure, knot in your stomache, and you feel like you could barf, but you really sound safe. Relax, oh..... I would leave your doll either in BelAir, or some venue where if you have to immediately date, (away from the game a few days....) you can start a date with your SO and avoid the ransom call to make up.
