Why can't i purchase SMC?

Hi! I want to ask why can't i buy this thrownack SMC? My game isn't hacked and i havent done anything to it? It lets me to buy and then to confirm my password but then this pops up? Maybe this is not glu relateed thing but if anyone wants to help me,it will be appreciated!💕😕

    Soo i just bought BRONZE vip..and i didnt have the message popping up the one in the pic and then i tried to buy the smc AND thee same message popped up!😭i dont know what it is but my game isnt hacjpked i can even send you screenshots and videos of my game😵😭pls help @kokokokonut @KalindaKing

    Hey, sorry this is happening in your game.

    Double check your Google account and billing settings there. Make sure you have a strong WiFi connection when you try to make a purchase.

    What happens when you tap on the "Learn More" link in the pop up?

    Hey @kokokokonut and @KalindaKing this my new account bcs I forgot my password on the other one bcs I had to do factory reset Anyway...what I did is I started new game on other device a d thank God I was ABLE TO buy the SMC and also bought GOLD VIP...haven't experienced a problem since then and also bought 1 pack of kstars 10min ago...Soo finger crossed I won't have that problem😘😃😀😍few!
