  Hi, so sorry this is happening.  Is it still happening?   what platform do you play? Please respomded and I'lll try to get you to the right place for help if possible.

  I'm sorry this is happening to you.
  First, try to turn your device on and off and make sure you have a strong WiFi connection.
  If that doesn't help and you are confident that your game has been saved and backed up to Google Play, then you can try to reinstall the game. If you have an extra device, you can try transferring your game to confirm that you've saved it.
