Game crashes on facebook version

This started last week, each and everytime I open the game on google canary, the game loads at near 60% then it shows this, I also file a ticket & they told me to try other browsers so I even explained other browsers don't work well for this game.

Just try other browsers, or respond on your ticket. Once it goes to Customer Care, it is in their hands. They are the last line of Support. Please follow up on your original ticket to Support. And as Glu staff posted here in the forum, please try to play on other browsers.
