Does anyone else have this problem? At first my game downloaded for 5 minutes or so, then I was able to sumbit only one look. I rebooted my phone and nothing changed. There was "getting looks" screen for a few minutes.

And now I see this.

Hi. Sorry you're having a problem. So when you 1st opened the event, you only had one ticket to submit a look? What platform are you playing on? can you post a full screenshot? the feet and Get More sign don't tell very much.

Hi there! No, there were two tickets and although I submitted only one look, I had no tickets left. I wanted to show that time is not counting. Playing on Android.

See how it shows my ticket history? It shows i’ve Submitted 2 looks. If your issue is only getting one ticket, the screen shot I put up us more helpful. Meantime I’ll try to get some assistance for you.

Sometimes it looks like I submitted one look and sometimes like there's no looks submitted at all.

@sonyanorman can you PM me your Hollywood ID? You can find it by going to the Settings menu (top left) and tapping "Help". The ID is the long number/letter in the middle.
