Items missing from my closet!

So... I’ve restarted my game recently together with the special purchases. I’ve bought all three Mario eyeshadows in the past, but there’s only two of them in my closet now... I was wondering why one of them have disappeared and how I can get it back?

Send a ticket to customer care and include a copy of your receipt. You can send the ticket from the top left corner of the game screen.

I did sent it just without the receipts and they said that they can’t help me Etc. However... I sent one just now this time with receipts and screenshots. Thank you Koko 💕
