Offers disappeared

So I restored my game to an ios device and after I made the first purchase I don't have the offers anymore even after I disconnected my payment settings does anyone know what can I do?

What do you mean offers? Completed offers, Offers in progress or you simply don't have the Other Offers tab? Do you have the watch videos for stars button? I'm checking on a very similar perhaps problem for another player. You might be in the same boat, so a little more info would nail it down for me. Otherwise, we'll put in another SOS for you individually.

If you have a problem with the Offers, please contact TapJoy. They are a separate entity, and they must be contacted with any issues. Are you saying there is no button for free videos or special offers on your game sceen? If you have no button in the starshop to get free stars, then send a ticket to Glu Customer Care. If something happened with the offers themselves, contact tapjoy.
