You can def do it. I have opened my gold box Thursday morning and still finished the event. Grind like crazy on reality shows in Calabasas so you can get 16 stars per about 21 energy.
I got lucky on my gift box picks this week- got necklaces in all 3. I took an extra spin on my TB palette and got the furry boots and my free spin I got the black flat boots which I don’t like but they’ve been haunting me for a few palettes so I’m glad they’re gone. Wish I had gotten the hairs or high boots instead.

I just accepted my first product placement deal because I finally got offered one for a home that I own after completing a storyline gig that required an 8-hour show. I accepted it and got the reward immediately. Is there a certain amount of reality shows at that home that I have to shoot during the week? And can they be 3-hour or do they have to be 8-hour ones?

@VampireBarbie you don't have to do anything. You can do some shows there and when you do the special action it will increase the achievement for sponsorship.
