Why do I only have 5 videos to get 5k-stars?

hey girls, how’s everyone? 💛 
I wondering about something, am I the only one who has only 5 videos in a day while some girls have 20 videos?

    No I don’t think so because since I registered in the game I only had 5 videos and I’ve never bought k-stars :(((

    Its not only buying k stars its spending any money on anything in the game at all

    Yea but I didn’t spend anything on this game and as what I said I had only 5 videos since I started playing KKH

    Yes I did :(( but i got nothing from the VIP free trial, it wasn’t special at all!

    @Rxghida_ Unfortunately, that counts as a "purchase" so you will only get 5 videos

    I emailed about this to glu customer service, I hope they change it because it is literally nonsense, you can try to email them too.

    @Rxghida_ I believe if more people email them about this subject, they will be more likely to change it, at least I hope so !!
