No, I did submit the link. but if I might be perfectly honest, the fastest way to fix this would be to uninstall and download a new game. For some reason, when you buy or hack the game, it stops working the way it was intended.(you probably didn't even know you were playing on an illegal game.) Now if you have bought SMCs or other special things from the starshop or special offers, those purchases can be restored with a receipt to Customer Care. Hope this helps.

It’s happening the same thing for me, I have this game save for a while from my sister and playing it recently, I wanted to play the kollections but it’s not working. And from it, my game save is not hacked. And I have clicked the button so many times it’s still not working, I tried reinstalling it again, because I don’t wanna lose all of the money I have saved.

I can’t buy the kollections and I would really love to! There one of the main things I love in the game (Bc of the outfits) is there anyway to fix this?

you can send a ticket to customer care. I’ll be honest all the answers are already in this thread so please scroll up and read and you might find a situation that applies to you. bottom line unless you’re playing a legitimate game somethings just won’t work.
If you are playing a game downloaded directly from your App Store send a ticket to customer care. I’m sorry this is happening. Know that if customer care tells her you should download a new version of the game Customer care can help restore previous special purchases from the store shop of either stars or game cash or a special session goals shop my closet’s you’ll have receipts for those from your App Store submit those and those purchases can be restored if you have to download a new game.

If you are playing a legitimate game, and you are not seeing the kollections, send a ticket to customer care.

Please send a ticket to Support. Top left corner of your game screen and deep the 3 lines to access Options. Then tap Help, then tap Glu Support. Explain and send the ticket. Good luck, and I hope this is resolved quickly for you.
