bug in Kollection

Hello good morning I can't get the Kolections. Since the last update I can not, enter the page to use K-star to raffle, but simply will not anyone else has this same problem.

    Hi Sorry this is happening @Vanessab27 Please send a ticket to customer care.  Go to the top left corner of your game, tap on the three lines  (lll/Help/GluSupport)   Good luck and Welcome to the Forum.  :)
    If you are having trouble DO NOT UNINSTALL THE GAME!
