@KalindaKing thank you for the response. The poll results speak for themselves. Glu MUST fix the odds on the weekend boxes because 2 items in a box is unconscionable. Hopefully Glu realizes that as more people begin speaking about this, it will be unlikely that people will be motivated to open more boxes and chase items as we once all did.

I'm glad there haven't been any items I want in gift boxes so far because it seems pretty unfair that there might only be 2 of the advertised items in it... I don't pay for k-stars but I'd be pissed if I spent $5 a box only to find the item I wanted wasn't even in them. Kollections are expensive too but at least you know exactly what you're going to get.
Speaking of which... I just rolled the hair colour from the Splendor and Grace kollection on my third try! 🥳 Not sure if I like it as much as I thought I would but 💕pink hair don't care 💕

Not just you! I made an account to ask about this actually. I was hoping the update @KalindaKing just told us about would fix it but I downloaded it and it hasn’t changed. It’s quite frustrating! I’m on iOS.
Really disappointed in the response about the weekend boxes especially when it was obvious via MANY screenshots from so many different people how screwed up the odds were. You can say all you want that the odds didn’t change but don’t forget that we are players who see these boxes every single weekend. It’s obvious they’ve changed. Just live your truth and don’t lie to us. As customers who devote time to YOUR game and give you our hard earned coins...we deserve more. It just goes to show that glu only listens to feedback when we threaten to stop spending money because that’s all they care about. Which as a company is fine but be better to the people paying your checks. I wish it didn’t have to come to threats of not supporting the game because it’s so annoying to have to throw a fit for things to change but unfortunately with this company that is what works. Honestly, I’m relieved I cancelled my VIP gold a couple months ago. I’m tired of glu giving all of us the round around on so many things. Dolls...honestly, we deserve better and we definitely deserve transparency from the company we put our time and money into.

I can watch a video and collect the star, but then I have to wait like an hour to watch the next one. If i try to earlier it just takes me to the offers. I’m grateful that I at least have my videos, because I know others don’t at all, but it’s really tedious and I can’t be babysitting the game all day. I hope everyone gets their stars back soon. With Black Friday so close, this is very discouraging.
The contents of my second black box was quite good, 4 items, 2 dyes, 1 energy and 1 cash. But of course I managed to pick the cash... the necklaces or the bracelet would have been so nice!

I am also having a video issue. I can watch 2 or 3 but never 5. It’s extremely frustrating. We have been telling Glu that the videos aren’t working for weeks and they just found something today?
I am really hoping that they will give all players a gift of 50 kstars for Kim’s birthday or something. That is the least they can do to compensate for the video issue (especially since we have missed out on more than 50 kstars since this issue started happening).
I’m too exhausted after T$ all weekend to grind during the week. Spent all weekend at number 1 and ended up at number 4. #Mess. I’ll prob get the first box and leave it at that!
