Transferring your progress from IPhone to Ipad

Hello beautifuls! I’ve bought a brand new iPad today and tried to transfer my current game from my phone to my new device but sadly the thing that asks you to restore your old game or continue to play your new game Etc etc doesn’t pop up for me… I even logged on my Facebook account but nothing … What should I do?

i would also play more on the old device, change some racial aspect...new lips o r nose....you’re trying to trigger a save, make sure you are logged into FB. See if that link helps, otherwise send a ticket to customer care, explain the situation and see what they say.

Thank you @kokokokonut! I transferred my game progress perfectly! Another question though! Since I have my game on iPad now would it be possible to create the male doll on my iPhone using the same Apple ID?
