Honestly the items are okay and I would love to get them on a regular weekend event but this is KIMS birthday! Every other year the birthday items have been my favourite in the game because they are so kim inspired and so cute these ones are just underwhelming (except for the cake)

Overall, the items are really nice this weekend. I love the black non-bundle Kollection outfit. As for the shoes, Kim wore those recently and the fashion media wrote articles about how she made it a trend. Just Google "Kim flip flop heels"

Honestly couldn’t agree more with 99% of the forum, what a massive flop. When so many of us are considering walking out on this game this was a massive misstep for Glu and really demonstrates how little they care for customer retention. I was honestly shocked at how awful and minimal these earnables were.
Please don't post screenshots of forum posts, such as when they get a lot of reactions. I read all the posts and I know which posts the community agrees with.

I wish the cake were an earnable instead of a gift box item. Not sure if I want to waste stars chasing! The good news is, I will have a weekend to myself.
I wasn't trying to argue with you guys. Sorry if it seemed that way. You can always tell us when you're disappointed or underwhelmed by the items. Did honestly expect something a little sparklier for Kim’s bday but I love the earnable dress. I love the gb stuff but idk what (if anything) I’m gonna get so 🤷🏻♀️. The kollection is definitely the highlight for me, the bundle is just 😍 and a cat woman costume! I was just trying to make my doll into a cat burglar, lol, this is by far better.

Ok. I like the earnables, specially the hair looks nice. I wish the earnable dress was tighter at the thigh area otherwise it looks funny quite like a diaper if that makes sense. I don’t see myself reaching out for earnable shoes/ sandals often but they look cute. Not gonna lie I don’t care about the GB items and I don’t know why we’ve been getting a lot of braided high ponies lately? Ok, ok this particular hair reminds me of Beyoncé formation tour hair and I can see some people get excited about it but it’s not wipable (is that even a word?) like the reference but yeah whatever. Seeing a new lip color always exciting but I have to see how it looks on my doll. WOW, Kollection! I’m a huge Catwoman fan and I can see myself gambling for all Catwoman inspired outfits but honestly I don’t want to spend too much before Black Friday . Boots with fishnets are a must have for me and it also completes Kendall’s buttercup halloween look, just a heads up on that!

When I saw the spoilers, and huge shutout to @cntarr for keeping me up to date on everything going on in the forum, I felt really let down. These don't look or feel like "special" items at all. They're really boring and plain, and that's not necessarily the artist fault, it happens, especially when you're pumping out 309453094754039275 different items every month. Also!!! @KalindaKing we love you, we appreciate you. We love & appreciate the art team too. We just don't love these items, and that's okay, there's always next week Anyways, I popped in to share this bc I hated the items so much that I spent my sick time off re-designing them and I think they came out looking... a lil bit better? Not by much, but still

I really wish the giftbox dress matched the original more!
i see we’re bringing back an old SMC.......... feel free to pop in some additional Kim SMCs (ahem- gold met gala dress and ponytail) to celebrate her birthday, that would be the real treat!!!

I just don’t understand why the cake handheld can’t be a courtesy gift to ALL players (male included). Seriously. We’ve been hyping up this weekend event for months and now the only thing that is even remotely birthday related is only achievable through spending kstars (which for some people the videos have still not returned). Glu is a group of money grabbing thieves.
