I passed the first ticket buyer with my last two free tickets and got my earned first place back. Then a new ticket buyer happened :-) Glu, I think B$ is better name for T$! You should rename it.
I averaged almost 49, am ahead of the rightful #2 doll by over 100 pts, but will I win #1? Of course I won’t.
I actually went back and counted and looked at my screenshots, since the weekly SYS started with the “Old Hollywood” theme in July, I have come in 2nd or lower solely due to ticket buyers nineout of fifteen SYS. That’s over half of the SYS that I was cheated out of my prizes, and all of my effort went to waste.
You cannot win the new weekly SYS without either crazy luck (getting placed in a group without bots or hackers, which are probably like a 10% chance judging by how so many of us have at least one ticketbuyer every week) or without buying your way to the top (or to take your rightful #1 spot back). Glu bots (and hackers) are a thing and I think the bots are the last attempt by Glu to profit off of their players before killing the game off completely. I don’t blame players who cave in and buy tickets to claim their #1 spot back-I want to so badly too- but this is what Glu wants.
The good thing is, even though the weekly TS debacle still continues to annoy me, each time this happens I lose more and more interest in the game. I don’t finish the weekly throwback events anymore, and I do the weekend events half heartedly. Glu has killed the game by introducing this unfair TS system, it’s only a matter of time before everyone else loses interest too. thanks for reading, but I know as far as Glu goes I’m just speaking to a brick wall.

I'm not even in the top 5 anymore, there is this battle between ticket buyers since yesterday in my group for the first place. I liked the dress and my average was 45 but I'm not gonna have it, I guess I'm gonna take a break until the next SYS. This is so exhausting, it's the same old broken record every week.

I was #1 since Friday, no one was buying tickets everything was fair and square. Now in the last hour someone bought tickets and blew me out of the water for my top spot 😭😭😭 I’m not going to get into a battle with this person, I’m a student and only work part time, it’s not worth it. This game makes me sad.

Ticket buyer took my spot literally 30 seconds from the end. I submitted my last look, not all the votes came in. So now my last look has 2 votes and I lost. I hate this system, and I’m starting to hate this game. I’m so upset.
Best, worst, fav! Admittedly the fur probably wasn’t a good move, but I wanted to get some practice styling it. And guess what, I finished this week tooo!!! Someone used their final ticket super last minute and booted me out of 5th but it’s all good, I’m very happy with the dye job on the earnable. Feeling very French with the new hair, I actually like it more than I thought!
