Fashion Goals offer is not appearing

The Fashion Goals released for this weekend event is not appearing. I have exited the game, changed locations in game, watch the energy refill video and tried tapping the bullhorn once more. Nothing. What is going on?? I'm on mobile data right now.

    Are you using iOS? I’d first make sure your “allow in-app purchases” thing is enabled.

    (it's under settings>screen time>Content & privacy restrictions>iTunes & App Store purchases>in-app purchases and then toggle “allow”)

    Late reply. I am on android and after exiting the game a few times it came back. Thanks for checking in @KKH_Jenny
