How do I know if my game is backed up? (FB)

Hello, so I need to change phone and I'm logged in on via fb, I just want to know how to make sure that my game is saved. Will I lose progress? How do Iake sure that my saved game is 100% saved? Will I lose the last 1 hour or so?

    Hi my best advice is to follow the instructions in FAQs.  This is located in the options tab (upper left  corner of your game,   ( lll/help/glu support.) OR go to FAQ here  https://glumobile.helpshift.com/a/kim-kardashian-hollywood/?p=web   I don't know how to tell youre fully backed up. That help section should assist more.  
    Take deep breath, read the instructions a few times, and it helps if you keep the game on the old device till you are satisfied with the data transfer.  Good luck ,
