I can’t get neighter double reward nor offer

According to the offer i should get double star reward by watching an ad but i only get one. Also when i tap the ‘offers’ section nothing shows up, like i didn’t even tap. Can someone please help me to understand this situation?

    @kubraarslan as far as I’m aware, double stars is only for offers. Watching a video should still only be one star. However, you should be taken to TapJoy’s offer screen when you tap offers. That sounds like a glitch, maybe try completely exiting out of the game or turning your device off & on?? Just don’t delete the app and redownload because I’ve seen Kalinda warn people not to do that on here several times.
