Problem with purchasing a VIP bundle

Hello i recently just started playing this game ive played it before but now again and I purchased the highest bundle with the 7day free trial and i even have it in my apple store confirmed that i bought it but i didn’t receive anything no VIP no stars no clothes and im just curious what should i do. thank you

    Hi.  I would send a ticket to customer care.  Are you continuing after the 7 day trial?  I'm trying to think of how it will work with the holidays.   I'm sorry I'm not able to help more.
