Can’t recover saved game please reset limit

Hi so I’ve been playing kkh for a long time spent lots of money. My iPad was having glitches my games wouldn’t open and I had to keep reinstalling them. I called Apple and I updated my iPad but now it says I can’t recover saved game until 4 days: can you please reset my limit so I can do the sys and weekend event.

    same thing happened have they reached you and told you what to do?
