This has happened to me a few times, and I try a couple of different things to get it working again. 1) close the app and reopen it 2) turn off wifi and mobile reception and turn back on again 3) close the app and restart my device
Sometimes step one is enough, sometimes I have to restart my phone completely. Otherwise I would contact Glu about it as I have no further ideas I hope this is helpful!
