new roomies goal

for the “new roomies” goal it says to go to the foyer of your bel air estate and say hi to your new housemates but i’m in the estate and theres no one here??? i’ve gone to every room in the house and no ones here. i’m getting really frustrated please help thanks

    Are there 2 ways to enter the front of the mansion?  Meaning, are there 2 tabs, one for the event and the other would be the normal entry?
