Do you even know what an IP address is? It is absolutely legal to see it and it’s tied to your location and internet provider. Admins on forums are able to track people with multiple accounts thanks to that. Hell, even if you run a website or a damn tumblr you can see IP of your visitors. Follow your own advice and read a book.

I think that Glu need to make more ways to earn kstars in game. A doll mentioned that to get the Kollections and chase for GB items each update we would be spending around 2000 kstars.
Businesses that pay 3 kstars per week are no longer enough to earn kstars. Either more businesses, or higher payoff ( 10-15 kstars ) or reduce cool off time from a week to 3 days like So Chic London. or all weekend events to have a kstar pay off per 5-stars event completion.
