How to reach #1 on Top Shows List?

I’m wondering if anyone has any tips on the easiest/best way to climb to the top of the Reality Shows list? I’ve been grinding at it for months since I stopped getting storylines, but I’ve only just passed the 200 mark. I do 3hrs at my Bel Air home, but is there a more efficient way to get to the top?

    You simply have to grind away.  Try different locations to break up monotony, but I just did them all in Bel Air, as quickly as I could.  Don’t be discouraged.  We’re here for you! You can do it.
