Game will not save progress

I have been experiencing a problem with my game not being able to advance or save if I close the game on my computer or shut down my computer. I can play, but when I exit and try to come back to where I was, it goes back to where I was months ago. I have tried multiple times contacting customer support and they can't seem to help me. I have cleared the cache, cookies etc. I even had my IT guy try and fix it, but he doesn't have any idea. Help! It is starting to make me crazy!

Hi, I'm guessing you play on FB?
