Facebook friend not showing!

hi everyone! I need your help since glu didn't answer to me..
the situation is this: I was going to get married on game (he's a facebook friend, we're both androids) but I pressed the wrong button, and I deleted him (the game says that I deleted him permanently). so I did another account from the start, I added him and logged in on the game. he doesn't show up.
he helped me and did another account (him) and I did the same things, added him and logged in. I see all my friends, except him.
what should I do? he sees me in his game but I don't... please help.

For some reason, I'm thinking deleting forever is deleting forever. A friend did the same to one of my dolls, and while I can see her, she can't see me. I even tried with an existing separate game that was once connected and that won't go either. I'm sorry. I have no suggestions unless one of you wants to start a new game. I'm sorry.
