Multiple Devices in Use

Hi 
I haven’t played game in awhile I got a new iPad and tried to download it i recovered my account from my iCloud and it took me into the he game for a second after that it took me out and a messages popped up saying multiple devices in use which I don’t understand as I just downloaded it on my iPad. Please help me x

    I’m sorry, but you will have to send a ticket to customer care.  I’ve reached out on a similar issue, and if I get other instructions, I’ll let you know.  But please send a ticket.
