Everyone, I know this is frustrating but can we please have a bit more compassion? Clearly this glitch isnāt ideal, but Iām sure the staffers at Glu who are frantically trying to figure this out on a Friday (during a pandemic no less) are even less thrilled about it. I would be disappointed if they completely cancelled SYS because Iām still having fun submitting looks and we wonāt know if theyāve made a change to the TS prizes of the event until it ends anyways! We can be disappointed and kind at the same time.Ā
Also, so many of us complain that we only ever get K-stars as rewards or compensation but never diamonds. Now we have finally received diamonds and we are complaining that we didnāt get enough. Itās making me think of one of my Favourite songs from The Greatest Showman.Ā
Showing compassion to GLU??? What do they need compassion, they are suppose to be providing a service where free and paying players both play. Covid-19, Corona, Coronavirus, or Rona has nothing to do with GLU and their inability to fix ongoing issues Ā and current issues. Instead they like putting bandaids on issues. Many players were screwed this SYS and the compensation is a few kstars and diamonds. They really should have taken this SYS as a āLā and let everyone get the dress and the hair at the end of the day. We are all entitled to very own opinions. We are entitled to like what they gave us and we are entitled to not like it.Ā

I donāt mean to sound ungrateful, I truly appreciate everything glu gives to us for free, they donāt have to do that. But I had giant problems last week, and this week is way worse for everyone now. I just have reached a level of frustration of where if theyāre going to throw us pennies, Iād rather them use their resources to fix the whole system!
