So glu rewarded me with just one ticket even though I lost two, should I ask glu about the second lost ticket or just leave it?

Thank you, I didn’t want to start any unnecessary drama about it, cause I’m greatful they sent any at all but I’ve been able to play at the normal time and I’ve had to wait for the ticket timer to count down.
Question: can you save your tickets from the previous SYS week? Since I’m a new player, I can’t seem to finish the event... ...So I was wondering if I can deliberately forego winning this week for a chance to finish the next week with the tickets I save up?
The free tickets stop at 2, if you don’t use them the timer stops counting down to the next ticket, they won’t pile up... but I think from what people have said the paid tickets do carry over to the next event and you can save those up @jjt

@samanthakkhwe are in the same situation, how horrible it is to have failures in the events show your style, and apparently Glu does not solve anything
It's been 3 hours and my 1st ticket still has 0 votes and my entire TS group is tied for 1st as we all have 0 points. What the hell is going on!? @KalindaKing@eggsandbananas any response, any suggestions, anything at all from Glu?
I feel bad for people who are going to waste money on this sys when it seems like it's going to be as messy as the 2 prior ones. I hope people see this BS and demand their refunds or they take legal action. I love SYS and I'm like 10 minutes away from just deleting the game because the glitches are ridiculous and stressful but also boring. And I LOVE the TS dess. Last month, if I was in 1st and had to fight TBs I would have. No way am I wasting a cent on this game until these serious issues are fixed.
Like damn I just want to do my looks and enjoy it, not have to read through pages of comments to find out what's going on. Glu is ruining SYS.
