My last 7 looks were not counted

I actually purchased 6 tickets and had 1 extra ticket, and none of them were counted even though I created the looks 30 minutes before the end of the event. Possible for refund or return of the tickets? This is very infuriating considering it’s my first purchase in the game and I (along with many others I am sure) met with such unreliable and unfair treatment.

    There is a whole discussion happening in the SYS thread...I’m sure there is some advice as what you should do if you had a problem...but a lot of people were screwed
