@ashleydianem. Start typing in the box that says describe your problem...usually that will open up your contact form.
( off to check for any variation). Ok I typed in David (I was going for Bowie) and the Contact Us button popped up.
Try that.

I decided to contact support, I didn’t get votes on my last 2 tickets, but top 3 were ticket buyers and I’m sure I wouldn’t have reached them. Best I could’ve done was move up one slot to 4th. I wasn’t going to, since it wasn’t a big difference for me but, let’s see what happens.
I had a huuuuuuge message when i saw some of the comments from people who are TB’s but i decided to shut up and not start drama.
I will just remind you all, this problem has been known of from femme fatale sys,its the same one. GLU should have either fixed it or gave the prizes to EVERYONE!!! No matter if you buy tickets to win or you dont have money to do the same and were still doing your best to get the highest scores with tickets you get regularly and that EVERYONE gets.
And this just proves WE NEED CAPS ON VOTES AND FIXES OF PROBLEMS THAT PERSIST FOR ALMOST A MONTH!!!! I’m not gonna comment on this anymore till GLU addresses this mess. And good luck everyone. ❤️
I got pushed out of 5th place because of my last look not getting votes, so I contacted support asking if I could be gifted the dress and they ended up giving me all the 1st place prizes 🤷🏻♀️
I appreciate this and I’m grateful for the hair but I would be annoyed too if I was in other peoples shoes, who got votes and came 2nd-5th and saw other people getting the hair. I get it, I was the same with the Femme Fatale catastrophe, I came 5th but wasn’t affected by the no votes glitch that time. I saw other people getting the hair or the dress and it annoyed me. I can only apologise to everyone who didn’t get the hair, I feel ‘dirty’ accepting the hair as I didn’t rightfully win it, but unfortunately that’s out of my hands.
The bottom line is, Glu needs to fix all of the glitches before next week or postpone SYS until it’s sorted out. This is despicable that they’re allowing this to happen for a second time, let alone the first. The way they’re going about it is all wrong and as customers, all we can do is complain until they get it right.
I got the first place prize since I was 4th but there was only 63 points between me and the first place doll and I submitted 2 outfits with no votes. My average was 50 points/outfit with the worst scoring outfit being 47 points. The 3 dolls above me did not send in another look. So I think I got it rightfully. However I think there are many dolls who did not (which is not their fault, I am glad they got it) and yes it is a bit weird from Glu...
Wtf is Glu’s customer service? Who even thinks it’s a good idea to give someone who got pushed out of 5th place ALL of the #1 TS prizes? How is that fair to people that spent actual money to fight for that first place prize? How is that fair to the person who knew about the glitch and submitted their last looks HOURS before the event ended to make sure the looks were scored? How is that fair to EVERY OTHER PERSON who played this event and maybe thought about submitting extra tickets to fight for the hair, but didn’t because they were scared their looks wouldn’t get counted and they were afraid they wouldn’t be compensated anyway? I’m actually more annoyed with this game than I have ever been.
In my opinion if you wait for the last second to bomb the other girls in your group with 3 looks you are just as shady!
I feel like I'm reading this wrong or something? Just speaking for the people who are just using their free tickets, waiting til the last hour to submit your final free looks is often the only way to place. I don't think that's shady at all. A lot of people didn't check the forum soon enough to realize their last looks wouldn't go through. That might not be what you meant at all though?

That was exactly what I meant.. you know how many times I had a person in my group that was chill and submitted like 3 looks in the last second? I'm also not talking about the free tickets. If I buy triple threat I use them gradually not all at once in the last minute. And I dont use them if other girls dont. Also The whole weekend my votes came in after one hour it was obvious that they wouldn't come faster in the last hours of SYS. It would be nice if no one could buy tickets at all so it would be a REAL competition.
It just sounded like you were talking about the people with free tickets that wait out to submit it for which you can not blame them for doing since they do need to do it like that to even be able to compete and try to get ANY of the prizes. so we need to try to write it down as clear as possible. And yes it should either be free for everyone or put caps on votes than it will be a fair fight and a lot less problems for everyone, but PROFIT 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
First place should not always go to the one who spends the most. So basically I am glad that some dolls got the hair even though they would not have been first. Finally the buyers can be mad. At least once in their lives.
(Since someone commented that they are mad because they spent money on the tickets to become first and it was in vain now that others got it too)
I'm glad that people who missed their prizes are getting them without bigger issues, too bad that they have to waste their time on messaging support about that, especially since it's 100% Glu's fault. Glu should just give all the rewards to everyone and act as if this SYS never happened, but of course, they're too greedy to do this. I know some people think not everyone deserves the prizes, but I think that it shouldn't be an issue for people who used their free tickets only? So ideally, all players should get all the prizes and the ones who spent money on this mess should get their tickets back so they can use them in the future..
I'm also kinda baffled that newsletter was advertised as something to "keep the players informed since not everyone is on the forum". I know it's supposed to be a source of 'official spoilers' or whatever, but I'd say that a glitchy event is a bit more important so how come we didn't get an email that there was a glitch and that everyone who thinks it affected their final score should contact customer service? And, as someone here suggested before, why we didn't get a phone call in the game with such message? Why players have to go out of their way to get compensation when they did nothing wrong?
Oh, and the radio silence from the team is not cute at all. But I think we all expected that from them.
I have to say, I think I'm really appreciative of the understanding that seems to be coming from the majority of the forum, recognizing that dolls aren't to blame for being overcompensated. I was one of those people who kept track of how long votes took to get in and waited accordingly to snipe out at first place with my triple threat tickets (first place was a TB who scored around 30 per look so I feel zero guilt) so I got 1st. My votes came in around 30 minutes before they were supposed to -- that is, they took an hour where I left 1.5 for some leeway -- and I managed to snag the hair.
Am I a little frustrated that some people are getting first place prizes when they would have come 2-5th had nothing gone wrong? Kind of. I did everything I could to secure myself a win, and it irrationally feels like other people didn't.
That said, it shouldn't have been on me to track vote times throughout the event and I don't think I'm more entitled than anyone who submitted their looks within the last 30 minutes. It also wouldn't have been possible to do this at all had I been stuck with a Narco Barbie, and there are so many other unpredictable factors here. What if people had clogged voting so much that even 2hrs wouldn't be enough? Maybe it's because I'm sleep deprived from studying for finals, or I'm just feeling unusually sappy today, but I'm kind of over it. A lot of other people getting the hair will turn down the rarity of the item, sure, but it doesn't change that my doll looks stunning in it and it doesn't make me like the item any less. It's still beautiful, and it's still unavailable for purchase. (If anyone reading this feels differently, that's okay! My perspective shouldn't invalidate anyone else's. The hope is that it'll validate a few others.)
None of us signed up for this. None of us could have predicted Glu's response, and unforeseeable outcomes shouldn't be used as a validation or invalidation of any individual. People who got the hair even though they wouldn't have done so otherwise should be neither blamed nor ashamed for something that was out of their hands. I do hope that Glu recognizes that the system that produced these issues is counterproductive in the long run, and that this SYS has been particularly... instructive.
Let's please not get angry at each other for things that are out of our control. Now I'm going to stop procrastinating and get back to work.
@elenaa63kkh I thought that you were referring to people using their last free tickets, which is why I responded!! Personally, I was specifically referring to the free tickets. If you don't wait til the last second, ticket buyers will just buy more tickets & you have not shot. It isn't shady at all to use your free tickets in the most effective way possible to try to pass the TBs in your group, since it's often the only shot at getting the TS prizes.
Also, on a normal SYS for me, looks submit slow all weekend until the last couple hours on Sunday. So a lot of people had no way of knowing their last looks wouldn't go through until checking the forum the last couple hours, which not everyone has time to do. This glitchy mess is Glu's fault, & we can't blame players for not expecting this glitch to happen again after being specifically told it was fixed. We should all be frustrated, & I hope we're able to aim all that frustration at Glu & not each other!!
I do completely agree that it sucks getting blasted by a bunch of extra, bought tickets, at the last second. At the very least, it's nice to know you don't have a shot earlier on in the competition.
@thallisa seriously NOT cute how silent the team is on this one, when they are also the first to jump on celebrating and taking credit when the news is good.
Personally, I’m still waiting to hear back from Glu support on the ticket I submitted last night before the event ended. Where the F is my TS hair? I’m tired of waiting, all the while most people on this forum seem to have gotten their compensation already.
One of the issues really bugging me about this, is that the response is different for everyone. It needs to be uniform, & the fact that it isn't just takes an already completely unfair situation & makes it worse. We also should have had this addressed by now. I'm so sick of radio silence. I don't expect a response the night of, because of the time, but having it addressed the next morning/early afternoon is not an unreasonable expectation.

If this is in reference to my comment.. I didn’t spend any money on tickets lol. I’m saying if I had chosen to buy tickets to beat out an off-theme TB and she complained that she got bumped from first and got the hair too, then I’d be mad. I bet a lot of those people complaining did spend extra tickets and were either beaten out by someone else who bought tickets or their extra looks didn’t get scored so they lost first place. I’m not saying either person is wrong for complaining or even for buying tickets, I’m just saying I think your “let them be mad” comment is not true, I don’t think many of them are mad lol.
