@beba13 that happened to me on both devices at different times today! I restarted the app completely (on iOS that’s when you swipe out and then hold down on the app icon until it wiggles) and it was back to normal

Did that even restarted my phone and nothing still Crashes 😬😬 and i have an event in progress thats due to end 😭😭😭 i just hope i dont have to reinstall the app because last time i lost a week or two of progress and i trully dont want that AGAIN 😭😭😭
We are aware of iOS players being unable to get into the game right now. It's a Facebook issue and they're aware of it; they're looking into it right now. It's affecting multiple apps, not just KKH.
If you retry and relaunch the app, you should eventually be able to get in to play. Just don't full-close it afterwards (the crash only happens when you launch the app). Thanks for your patience... we are hoping FB will be able to solve this ASAP!
Oh and by the way... DO NOT UNINSTALL THE APP! This will not solve the issue as it is a FB server issue (uninstalling rarely solves any issue). Just be patient please

I thought it was just me, not being able to get the game open , so I tried from the App Store. Itopener without trouble, and haven’t had a problem since. Thanks @eggsandbananas. My 1st instinct is always that’s it’s just me.

After 4 weeks of waiting for New Parts from the nursery, They came This morning around 7 a.m. And It was damaged Again!😩😭 had to wait (read cry) for 2 hours till I could Finally call the babystore. Now we’re getting A whole new nursery next week. My anxiety is sooo bad right now and my pregnancy hormons do not help at all in This moment😩
First boxes were purple dye, pink dye, and ugly Karl Lagerfeld sunnies...soooo trash as usual. BUT!! my throwback was AMAZING!!! I let my mom pick, and guys trust me she usually picks the worst item...we have so much in common lol, but not this week! She was like so proud of herself y'all don't even know lol.
